“The Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden, and there He put the man whom He had formed.” Genesis 2:8The bible doesn't say that God spoke a garden into existence, it says he planted a garden. He chose specific trees to grow there and the bible mentions rivers that ran through it. God put specific thought into this one place where he would place man.
It reminds me of the nesting instinct in a mother.
